No referral is required to call us. We welcome inquiries from seniors, family members, caregivers, and case managers.
Eligibility & Assessment
For Medicaid Waiver clients, we coordinate with your case manager or Aging & Disability Resource Center (ADRC) to confirm eligibility and complete the required assessment. For private-pay clients, we conduct a brief intake to identify the right services and meal plan for your needs.
Medicaid Waiver eligibility is based on age, disability status, income, and level of care need. We'll help you understand your options.
Service Plan & Meal Selection
Once eligibility is confirmed, we work with you to create a personalized service plan. You will choose from our meal options including our regular menu, minced and moist, or puréed meals and set a delivery schedule that works for you.
We accommodate dietary restrictions and preferences. Your plan can be adjusted at any time as your needs change.
Meals Begin
With your plan in place, we begin delivering meals right to your door. Our team checks in regularly to ensure you are satisfied and that your needs are being met.
Most clients begin receiving services within a few business days of completing their assessment.
Who Is Eligible?
In Good Hands LLC serves clients through two pathways. Many clients qualify for Medicaid Waiver coverage meaning services may be provided at little or no cost.
Medicaid Waiver Clients
- Indiana residents aged 60+ or individuals with disabilities
- Meet Medicaid financial eligibility requirements
- Require a level of care that supports remaining at home
